Our customer has meager chances to claim a refund, as all the products are scanned, quality checked, and placed by our expert team. Still, if you process the return and exchange, the refund shall be made to the customer within 30 days. The refund can only be applied to get your actual payment back on Stripe or any other platform where the payment was received during order placement.

Yes, we do offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you should exchange it. If the new item is defective, you can follow the return process outlined above
- If there is an error on our part, and you have received the incorrect parcel, you are within your rights to apply the return policy.
- The price or payment, if given, will be reimbursed through the similar platform that was used by the customer to make the payment for the parcel.
- The return window will be 30 days after delivery so you will receive your refund money after mutual discussion.
- Since sometimes a bank process can take a few days, but the maximum time is 7-9 days, this may lengthen the process to more than one week to receive the refund money back.

- The customized products which were particularly made for you will not be exchangeable because it is only made for you.
